Greenling has partnered with the Engine 2 Diet team to offer recipe baskets that help ease the transition to a plant-based diet- and help you stay with it! Engine 2 recipe baskets contain 5 meals for 2 people – based on recipes from Rip Esselstyn’s popular book, The Engine 2 Diet, they follow the guidelines of using no oil, no animal products, and no processed flours or sugars, while focusing on veggies and good carbs.

All ingredients are organic and/or local and sustainably produced and come to you already washed, prepped and portioned. Everything is 45 minutes or less hands-on time.You'll be amazed at how fast you put together amazing-tasting, healthy meals that would normally take double the time. Easy-to-follow instructions for each day help you assemble the meals.
