Beef Taco (Serves 4)

Contents:
organic ground beef
organic Mexican seasoning
organic lettuce
organic tomato
organic onion, yellow
organic salsa
organic cheddar
organic tortillas

Time: 20 minutes

Equipment: 2 skillets

Instructions:
1. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add thawed ground meat and Mexican seasoning to skillet. Cook until meat is no longer pink, drain grease and set aside. ***you may use all of the meat or reserve half for another meal***
2. Warm another skillet over low heat. When skillet is warm, add tortillas individually and warm both sides. Optionally you can warm the tortillas in the microwave or oven
3. Fill tortillas with meat and included toppings: lettuce, diced tomato, diced yellow onion, salsa, and cheddar

This meal contains wheat and dairy.
