Asian Lettuce Wraps (Serves 4)
Contents:
organic cashews
organic ground turkey
organic stir fry sauce
organic bibb lettuce
organic shredded carrots
organic green onions
Time: 20 minutes
Equipment: large skillet
1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat
2. Toast cashews until lightly brown, stirring several times. Remove cashews from pan
3. Add a small amount of oil to heated skillet. Add thawed ground turkey and cook until browned
4. Add stir fry sauce and cashews and cook about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until most of the liquid is absorbed
5. Remove leaves from the head of lettuce, rinse and pat dry. Stack smaller leaves inside larger leaves for added wrap strength, if desired
6. Spoon turkey mixture onto each lettuce stack and top with shredded carrot and green onions
Enjoy! Top with Sriracha or hot sauce for an extra spicy kick.
