Asian Noodle Salad (Serves 4)
Organic Ground Pork
Organic spring onions
Organic sesame seeds
Carrot Ginger Dressing (Organic carrots, coconut aminos, organic cider vinegar, organic fresh ginger, dry mustard, sea salt)

Equipment Needed: large pot, skillet, medium bowl
1. Heat skillet over medium high. Place ground pork in hot skillet and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally with a spatula to break it into small pieces. Once pork is evenly browned, remove from heat and set aside.
2. Meanwhile, bring two quarts of water to a boil for pasta. When pasta water is boiling, add the pasta and cook until it is al dente (pasta of this size typically cooks in 8-10 minutes)
3. Drain pasta and toss with ground pork. Let sit 3-5 minutes until noodles have cooled to just warm.
4. Toss with lettuce, carrots, cucumber, spring onions, radish, mint, cilantro and dressing.
