Pesto & Roasted Red Pepper French Bread Pizza (Serves 2)

Contents:
organic baguette rolls
organic pesto
organic roasted red peppers
organic mozzarella cheese
organic Parmesan cheese

Total Time: 15-20 minutes

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. Slice baguette rolls in half lengthwise.
3. Spread pesto evenly on all four pieces of bread.
4. Top baguette halves with mozzarella, roasted peppers and Parmesan cheese.
5. Bake pizzas on baking sheet for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and bread is lightly browned and crispy.
