Sweet cream butter from grass-fed, pastured cows. High in omega-3's and lower in cholesterol than butter from confined, grain fed cows. This butter arrives ready to use in an 8 oz. tub.

Their products are low-temp pasteurized, not high-temp pasteurized and ultra-pasteurized milk like other dairy products. You can taste the difference and the quality. The cows are fed an organic diet of cracked milo and canola, grazing in the pasture between two small grain rations. The cows are not given synthetic hormones or antibodies and are not fed genetically modified corn or soy products. While Way Back When Dairy is not yet certified organic, they follow organic guidelines. Nothing made on the farm contains preservatives, additives, colorings, or thickeners.
