Mexican Squash Saute Side Kit

This side of spicy squash is just the thing for rounding out a quick summer supper. Customize the dish to your family's taste by using all the jalapenos and spices, or just a few.
Contents:
organic zucchini/squash
organic red onion
organic bell pepper
organic Mexican seasoning
organic jalapeno
Hands on time: 9 minutes
Total time: 9 minutes
Equipment: large skillet
Instructions:
1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Lightly coat the bottom of skillet with oil
2. Add zucchini/squash to skillet and sauté, 1-2 minutes
3. Add onion, bell pepper, Mexican seasoning and jalapeno (adjust jalapeno and Mexican seasoning amount added based on desired spiciness; using all will make a very spicy dish) to skillet. Sauté 6-7 minutes, until vegetables are tender and cooked through
4. Season to taste with salt and pepper
