Wateroak Farm, owned and operated by Mark and Pam Burow, has been in business since 1998. The farm is a state licensed and inspected dairy goat facility for producing raw milk and cheese, nestled in the woods on Rabbit Lane in the south end of Robertson County, Texas. The yogurt is strictly milk, fruit and cultures consisting of Lactobacillus bulgaricus, S. Thermophilus, L. Acidophilus, Bifidobacterium longum, and Bifidobacterium infantis. The yogurt is packaged in plastic pint containers with a screw on lid.
