Classic pre-made Tex Mex nachos with all-organic ingredients. Corn tortilla chips, with refried beans, shredded cheddar cheese, jalapeño peppers, salsa, sour cream and fresh cilantro. Just assemble and serve!

Fiesta Nachos Appetizer

Yellow corn chips
Cheddar
Jalapeno
Salsa
Green onion
Refried beans
Sour cream
Cumin
Cilantro

Time: 15 minutes
Needed: foil lined baking sheet, saucepan

1. Preheat oven to 350°F
2. Warm a small amount of oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Add entire can of refried beans. Stir in cumin. If beans are too thick to stir, add a small amount of water, stir and repeat until desired consistency is reached.
3. Arrange chips on a foil lined baking sheet. Top chips with prepared refried beans. Layer jalapeno, cheese and green onion over beans and bake until cheese is melted, approximately 10 minutes.
4. Remove nachos from oven and garnish with cilantro, sour cream and serve with salsa immediately.
