Spaghetti Bolognese with Seasonal Veggies (Serves 4)

Spaghetti & meat sauce you make yourself with seasonal vegetables, & seasonings. All organic or local & fresh ingredients for a fast, healthy, tasty meal.
Contents:
organic ground beef
organic garlic
organic crushed tomatoes
organic Italian seasoning
organic crushed red pepper
organic lemon zest
organic seasonal mixed vegetables
organic fresh pasta
Time: 30 minutes
Equipment: large pot, 2 skillets, baking sheet
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F
2. Bring 4 quarts of water to a boil in a large pot for pasta
3. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add thawed ground meat and a pinch of salt. Cook until meat is no longer pink.
4. Add minced garlic, cook 1 minute, add crushed tomatoes, Italian seasoning, crushed red pepper and lemon zest. Bring to a simmer
5. In another skillet, heat the garlic butter. When melted and starting to sizzle, add seasonal side vegetables and cook until tender and lightly browned
7. When pasta water is boiling, add the pasta and cook to desired doneness (fresh pasta of this size will usually cook in about 3 minutes)
8. Salt and pepper to taste
