With a little boy, I can't always make the special trip to Whole Foods. The produce from Greenling is fresh and the service is impeccable. Well he was at whole foods the other day and told about Greenling to a woman he did not even know and who was buying produce! He went on and on about how nice and fresh the veggies were, how convenient it was to order ...etc... Either the lady was really cute or he has become a Greenling fan too. Or both."

It's like this present on my doorstep every two weeks and it makes it so much easier to figure out what to make for dinner when I have a bunch of choices on hand. Also, the fresh, organic produce always outlasts store bought items. With the exception of stuff I buy at Wheatsville, my produce has never lasted this long. The veggies are so great and I've had such a fun time making new things to eat this weekend. The snow peas were so sweet. Though I've been getting organic apples for about 3 months, these were the best I've had- so juicy and good! This is such a great service and I'm glad I found it. Another benefit for me, besides getting wonderful food delivered and the surprise me items, is that when I go to the market, I don't always know what a good radish or squash should look like. Those blackberries are going to be an issue - the issue being whether or not I can keep Timmy from eating the whole pint by himself before Benjamin gets home! Last week I made Eggplant Hummus with the oriental eggplant & fresh garlic from my basket (I roasted both of them on a mesquite fired pit. I feel certain that if I could just get them to try your service they would see how convenient and cost effective it really is. You do have to plan ahead a bit, but some things are almost always on our list to get delivered each week (local basket, milk, soy milk, cheese, various fruits). Greenling keeps adding more and more products that we use, so we buy more and more from them and less from Whole Foods. They're not quite a full-service grocery store, but they're getting there. We've definitely been able to cut down the number of trips we make to Whole Foods to 2-3 a month if we are organized and plan ahead. Try 'em for a couple of weeks. You can always cancel if you end up not liking it! That was my theory, and now we're addicted. My kids love Fridays because they're always thrilled to see what Greenling brought."
