Being locally owned and operated, we understand the importance of keeping business in the community. That's why Greenling buys as much as we can locally. Basically, if it's available local, we'll buy it. We try to work with many different farms because supporting local farms is not just about finding one farm to grow everything for you. It's about strengthening the community through multiple relationships. Here are a few of the local farmers we work with:
Tecolote Farms - Arguably one of the best CSA farms in Central Texas, Tecolote has a 2-year waiting list for their super-fresh veggies! Whatever they don't deliver in their boxes or sell at the farmer's market, they bring to us. We get to spread their love even more and we're another outlet for them to sustain and maximize their operation.

Some items just aren't available locally. Whenever possible, we try to form relationships directly with certified organic farms all over to bring you fresh product. Here's a few of the non-local, organic farms we work with:
Morning Song Farm - Based in California , we get Avocadoes and limes that are significantly fresher than what you will find in the store. They are picked on Saturday and Sunday, FedExed directly to us and delivered to your door that week. This relationship really shows the power of local business and of our service. No grocery store can match this kind of freshness on non-local products.
