How much is delivery?
Great news, delivery is always FREE.
Do I have to order online?
Ordering online is always the best way to place an order with Greenling. If you are unable to make it to a computer before your cut-off for order updates, please call us with any changes.
What are my delivery options?
You can view your Schedule Options by going to your Account, will allows you to pre-set a weekly, bi-weekly, one-time schedule or repeat schedule (custom) at your convenience.
How do I change my account or payment information before ordering?
Log into your account and click "Account." Then go to Profile. This will allow you to change your personal information, credit card information and delivery location.
How often do I have to order?
There is no minimum or maximum order requirement. Our regular customers say that it's easy to get into a weekly ordering habit because of the time it saves, but you can order as infrequently or as often as you like.
How do I change my delivery schedule?
Once you have logged into your account, click “Accounts" and then, "Delivery Schedule." You can choose between Weekly, Bi-weekly, One-time, or Custom schedules. You can also simply check the weeks you would like to receive a delivery, or uncheck the weeks you would not like to have a delivery for short-term changes.
What if I miss my cut-off?!
Don't panic! Breathe deep, get a paper bag if you must. Are you settled down yet? Are you sure? Ok. Just call us! We'll take care of it. Now, it costs us money most of the time since we order based on what you order and we order the day after your cut-off. If you need to cancel last minute, we hope you agree it's fair for us to charge a cancellation fee (just 10%!). Some of that organic goodness might not get ordered by someone else and we either have to compost it or donate it.
What is a local box?
This is our most popular item and the only box you can't customize - it's whatever's fresh and in-season that week.

Fully-customizable produce & grocery baskets - find one you mostly like then add or remove items until it's perfect. Find them here.
Can I create a basket without placing an order?

What's up with all those little icons?Here's the skinny:
The 'Local' tab is pretty easy...that means it's locally made or grown.
'M Local' tab means that it's Mostly Local. You'll see this tab most frequently in between seasons, when we are sourcing items locally, but we might not get enough to fill all orders. We'll fill orders first from our local supply, and substitute with non-local organic when we run out of the local version.
'Limited' tab is very special. This means we either have a specific amount of them and no more, or that we are only offering the product for a specific amount of time. This allows us to work with smaller, artisan vendors. If you see one of these products, order it! Once they're gone, the product disappears from the site.
And what about that little green checkbox, you ask? It just indicates that item is in your basket already.
