About Ordering


Is there a minimum amount required to place an order?

Yes, the minimum amount for any single order is $25. As you add things to any basket for an order, you will see the total updated in the bottom right hand corner.

Do I have to order online?

Ordering online is always the best way to place and order with Greenling. If you are unable to make it to a computer before your cut-off for order updates (three days before your delivery date), please call us with any changes.

Can I create a basket without placing an order?

Well, of course! Just browse around and play with different baskets. If you build one that looks yummy, we'd love for you to go ahead and check out with it.

How do I change my delivery schedule?

Once you have logged into your account, click “My Account” on the upper left hand side. You can then select your Delivery Schedule, which will show you your scheduled days for up to 8 weeks. Simply check the weeks you would like to receive a delivery, or uncheck the weeks you would not like to have a delivery. If you need to make changes that are beyond 8 weeks, just give us a call. We'll take care of it.

Are there any other delivery options?

Yes, you can also view your Schedule Options, will allows you to pre-set a bi-weekly schedule, one-time schedule or repeat schedule at your convenience.

What's up with all those little icons?

Here's the skinny:
'Local' tab is pretty easy...it's locally made or grown
'M Local' tab means that it's Mostly Local. Meaning we get it locally, but we might not get enough to fill all orders.  We'll supplement with non-local versions if we run out of the local version.
'Limited' tab is very special. This means we either have a specific amount of them and no more or we are only offering the product for a specific amount of time. This allows us to work with smaller, artisan vendors.  If you see one of these products, order it!  Once they're gone, the product disappears from the site.

And what about that little green checkbox, you ask?  It just indicates that item is in your basket already.

How do I change my account or payment information before ordering?

Log into your account and click “My Account” on the upper left hand side. Then go to Edit Profile. This will allow you to change your personal information, credit card information and delivery location.

What if I miss my cut-off?!

 

Don't panic! Breathe deep, get a paper bag if you must. Are you settled down yet? Are you sure? Ok. Just call us! We'll take care of it. Now, it costs us money most of the time since we order based on what you order and we order the day after your cut-off. If you need to cancel last minute, we hope you agree it's fair for us to charge a cancellation fee (just 25%....and 25 is the new 18, right?). Some of that organic goodness might not get ordered by someone else and we either have to compost it or donate it.
