Dewberry Farms is the home of self-proclaimed "Really good chicken", and it ain't no lie. We've tried lots of local birds and Jane & Terry are the best of the best. We citrus-brine their beautiful birds overnight, rub them down in a savory mix of cumin & coriander and oven-roast them until golden brown and delicious. We make stock from the bones, and use that stock to make this delicious rice, infused with fresh herbs & tomatillo salsa. An amped up arroz con pollo, inspired by the best local ingredients we can get. Ingredients: Legs: chicken, brine (water, kosher salt, garlic, organic grapefruit, lime, honey, sugar, spices), extra virgin olive oil, spices, organic herbs, salt, pepper.
