Dishalicious focuses on providing delicious, convenient, handmade, mostly-organic, easy-to-reheat meals made with ingredients from mostly local purveyors (including Tecolote Farm, Boggy Creek Farm, Loncito's Lamb, and more). The creative team at Dishalicious include a catering chef from South Africa, a New York pastry chef, and a first generation Vietnamese-Texan that grew up in San Antonio eating traditional Vietnamese fair and Mexican soul-food; they combine their influences and interests to make comforting food with the really great ingredients Central Texas has to offer.
