Enchiladas, Black Bean & Chevre with Salsa Verde, Dishalicious

Beans + Cheese. Is there a mightier duo? Not today, my friends. This dish starts with our homemade Refried Garlic & Olive Oil Black Beans, made with organic turtle beans. We spread the beans onto warm El Milagro white corn tortillas with Full Quiver Farms fresh cheeses, then handroll and nestle them into a Verde salsa. Pop them in the oven for a satisfying dinner with a Fresh Garden Salad with Ginger Lime Vinaigrette. With just cooking 15-20 minutes they are better than any fast food you will find.
