Since all the ingredients arrive measured and chopped, these delicious wraps are ready faster than you can say "takeout!"

Contents:
Cashews
Ground turkey
Stir fry sauce
Bibb lettuce
Shredded carrot
Green onions

Time: 20 minutes
Needed: large skillet

1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat
2. Toast cashews until lightly brown, stirring several times. Remove cashews from pan
3. Add a small amount of oil to heated skillet and add thawed ground turkey and brown
4. Add stir fry sauce and cashews and cook about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until most of the liquid is absorbed
5. Remove leaves from the head of lettuce, rinse and pat dry if necessary. Stack smaller leaves inside larger leaves for added wrap strength, if desired
6. Spoon turkey mixture onto each lettuce stack and top with shredded carrot and green onions

Enjoy! Top with Sriracha or hot sauce for an extra spicy kick.
