[Central TX] Food & Sustainability Events, Aug 6-12

What do vegans, musical notes and sushi have in common? They all travel around the world! This week, the Central Texas Food & Sustainability events invite us to take a trip around with world with a documentary on the production of Sushi, out to the local vineyard, or just relax and listen to the speed of sound with Austin’s Hartman Symphony. Be sure to pack up delicious homemade eats like Megan’s Homemade Bean Burger.

About Asiago

Hola a todos! Me llamo Asiago. I am a recent graduate in Latin American Studies from The University of Texas at Austin. I am quite lucky in that hablo español and falo português! During my college years, I've traveled to several countries and realized that food is what connects us all around the globe. I believe that food should be accessible for all humanity. It doesn't matter if you at a street stand munchin' down Tacos al Pastor in Mexico City or sipping on a Brazilian Capirinha on Copacabana beach, we all have a relationship with food and working for Greenling I get to improve food access for my local community!
