Aspen is a native Austinite and came to Greenling after many moons in customer service & marketing in the natural foods domain. She oversees all things marketing – from running our social media accounts; managing community partnerships, donations & sponsorships; event planning; blog writing and all kinds of other things that tell the Greenling story. She’s the voice behind the Greenling DFW posts and loves finding new ways to use fresh local veggies. She loves working for Greenling because she can feel good about the values and quality standards of the company she is helping spread the word about. When she’s not here, she’s out seeing live music, hanging out with her 100 lb. dog and cooking.
Kathryn fell in love with Greenling as a Local Box customer in 2010, and she hasn’t missed a delivery since! These days she works in Sproutreach for Greenling, spreading the good word about local food to everyone in Central Texas. Kathryn is the voice behind Greenling Central Texas’ Local Box meal plans, events, and the recipes that accompany Local Box deliveries each week. In her spare time, she serves as the Vice President of the Austin Food Blogger Alliance, and she is an aspiring Bikram yogi.
Mason Arnold has been a sustainability pioneer and serial entrepreneur since graduating from The University of Texas at Austin in 2001 with a degree in Chemical Engineering. He co-founded Greenling in 2005. Mason pretty much works all the time, because he loves what he does, but in the few windows when he’s not working he likes to spend time with his wife, Mylie, who has her own business, by the way, called Go Dance. Mason’s not hard to spot when he’s out and about primarily because he drives around in a Prius with a 5′ banana on top of it.
Megan is a local food fanatic, seeking out the best ingredients Central Texas has to offer. The Greenling Local Box has served as the perfect source for her cooking experiments, and she loves sharing her creations with her family.
Stephanie lives in Austin, Texas with her husband and two sons. She’s not a very picky eater and will try pretty much anything as long as it doesn’t include olives or mayonnaise, both of which she finds detestable.
